Check-in and Check-out

What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

What time do I have to check out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Can I request a late check-out?
A late check-out can be arranged on-site based on room availability for the following night.
Where possible, the cost will be €10.00 for each additional hour of stay, after the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM.

Pets

Are pets allowed?
No, our facility is not equipped to accommodate pets.

The rooms

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms are air-conditioned.

Is there free Wi-Fi?
The property has free Wi-Fi.

Are there safes in the rooms?
All rooms have safes.

Are all rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking.

The Restaurant

Is the restaurant open for dinner?
Regarding dinner, our restaurant currently offers room service only. The menu is set and the dishes are prepared by our chef. This dinner is served around 8:00 PM. Reservations for this dinner must be made no later than the day before check-in.

Is the restaurant open for lunch?
During the summer months (dates to be confirmed with our staff), we offer light lunches upon advance reservation. Our à la carte menu is available from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.

Breakfast

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Unless otherwise stated, breakfast is included in the room rate at the scheduled times.

SPA

Is the spa included in the room rate?
No, all spa activities are subject to a fee.

Do spa activities need to be booked?
Advance booking is required for spa activities, to be arranged with our beauty center after checking availability.

Cancellation policies

How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

What are the cancellation policies?
For individual reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
For groups, confirmation/cancellation/modification policies will be sent via email in a separate attachment.

Transfers

Is it possible to request a transfer service?
You can request rates and availability for transfers to and from the airport/port/station by email.
